Otta Helene Maree,known as Helen Zille,is a South African politician. She has served as the Chairperson of the Federal Council of the Democratic Alliance since 20 October 2019. Formerly the general secretary of the South African Democratic Teachers' Union (Sadtu),he represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the National Assembly from 1994 to 2009. He also served as deputy provincial chairperson of the ANC's Western Cape branch from 2005 to 2008.
Lincoln Vumile "James" Ngculu is a South African businessman,politician,and former anti-apartheid activist. He represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the National Assembly from 1998 to 2009 and was provincial chairperson of the ANC's Western Cape branch from 2005 to 2008.
