Sport TV is a Portuguese sports-oriented premium cable and satellite television network with seven premium channels in Portugal, one sports news channel and one channel in Portuguese-speaking Africa. The first channel, then only known as Sport TV, was launched on 16 September 1998. It is owned by Altice Portugal, NOS, Vodafone Portugal and Global Media Group. It is available in almost all television distribution operators in Portugal as a premium subscription channel.
Sportklub, formerly rendered as Sport Klub, is a subscription sports television service which has been broadcast in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia since 2006, Croatia from 2007 and in North Macedonia from 2011. A different version of the channel has also been available in Poland since 2006.
ESPN is the Brazilian division of ESPN Inc. Launched in March 1989 as Canal+, it was the first country-specific version of ESPN outside the United States, launched in June 1995. The channel has covered major sporting events, like the 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, and 2016 Summer Olympics; the 1998, 2006, 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cup and the 1999, 2003 and 2007 Pan-American Games. High ratings and prestige in the segment have been marks of the channel; it also won the APCA award twice, in 1995 for "Best Sports Programming" and in 1998 for "Best Coverage of the 1998 FIFA World Cup".
Ziggo Sport Totaal is a Dutch premium television service operated by Ziggo and owned by VodafoneZiggo, a joint venture between Liberty Global and Vodafone. Ziggo Sport Totaal launched as Sport1 with its sister service Film1 on 1 February 2006 and replaced the Canal+ Netherlands channels. Film1 was sold to Sony Pictures Television on 21 July 2015, while Sport1 remained Liberty Global-owned. At launch the service consisted of two main channels, six extra channels and one HD simulcast of the first main channel. On 2 February 2009 the number of extra channels was reduced to four. The extra channels only broadcast when necessary to live broadcast multiple sport events at the same time. The service was rebranded to Ziggo Sport Totaal on 12 November 2015.

Astro SuperSport is an English language in-house subscription satellite television network in Malaysia dedicated to broadcasting sports-related content 24 hours a day. Astro SuperSport 1 to 4 are available on the Astro via Channels 811 to 814 (HD) to subscribers of the Sports Pack only. The Sports Pack features a total of 15 sports channels covering sporting events from all over the world.
Cosmote Sport is a pay sports service in Greece and is owned by OTE. It launched in 2009 as Conn-x TV Sports and is currently available via OTE's Pay-TV services Cosmote TV via IPTV and satellite. It consists of nine channels and features live football coverage from top leagues in Europe including Lega Serie A, as well as exclusive coverage of 8 teams of Super League and the Greek Cup. It also airs coverage of other sports including Formula 1, Volleyball and Tennis. Also, Cosmote TV has the rights to show UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and the newly UEFA Europa Conference League exclusively for the next 3 years (2021–2024).
Nova Action is the second niche channel aimed at young, active men in the Czech Republic and the main competitor for MTG's channel Prima Cool. The channel, which launched on July 14, 2012, is owned by Central European Media Enterprises. Its 18-hour daily broadcasts currently reach approximately 95% of the country's 10.5 million people.

Prima Sport is a Romanian network of sports channels owned and operated by the media group Clever. It was launched in 2011, under the name Transilvania L!VE and after other names, the channels became Prima Sport on April 19, 2022.
Digi Sport is a Romanian sports television that was launched on 23 July 2009, available only on the Digi TV platform. It is offered as a set of sports channels, called Digi Sport 1, Digi Sport 2, Digi Sport 3 and Digi Sport 4. On 23 November 2018 Digi 4K was launched just for main events.

Its programming is adapted to the likes of viewers, who tend to prefer football and Hispanic baseball players to the more locally produced programs.
