Urbana is a residential project in Anandapur locality in the Indian metropolis of Kolkata.[ citation needed ] The residential club in Urbana is the largest of its kind in eastern India.[ citation needed ] The complex consists of seven high-rise towers and several bungalows; three more towers are under construction, as of April 2023.

It is on the 7.1-hectare (17.5-acre) site of the defunct Shrinivas Mill. The site also houses two other towers: World View and World Crest. The complex was developed by the Lodha Group.
The 42 is a residential skyscraper in Kolkata, in the state of West Bengal, India. It is located on Chowringhee Road, the central business district of the city, between the Commercial building of Tata Centre and the residential building of Jeevan Sudha. It was first proposed in 2008 but construction was delayed for nearly two years. The construction of the building was completed in 2019, making it the tallest building in the country at that time.
