The 1997 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona during the 1997 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games at Frank Sancet Stadium. The team was coached by Jerry Stitt in his 1st season at Arizona. This was the program's 1st season without longtime coach Jerry Kindall's involvement since 1971. The Wildcats finished 32–26 overall and placed 5th in the Pacific-10's Southern Division with a 13–17 record. Arizona missed the postseason for the 4th consecutive season, tying the previous record of 4 consecutive seasons from 1981 to 1984.

The Wildcats finished the 1996 season with a record of 24–32 and 7–23 in conference play, finishing 6th in the "Six-Pac" (Pac-10 Southern). Arizona missed the postseason for the 3rd straight season.

The 1980 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona in the 1980 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games at Wildcat Field. The team was coached by Jerry Kindall in his 8th season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished with a record of 45-21-1 and 17–13 in conference play, finishing tied for 1st in the "Six-Pac". This was the Wildcats' 1st Pacific-10 Conference championship. Arizona advanced to the postseason for the 3rd straight season and was selected to host the West Regional at Wildcat Field. The Wildcats defeated Fresno State in their 1st game before defeating Gonzaga twice to advance to the College World Series for the 2nd straight season. The Wildcats defeated Hawaii 5–3 to win their 2nd National Championship.

The 1976 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona in the 1976 NCAA Division I baseball season. The team was coached by Jerry Kindall in his 4th season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished with a record of 56-17 overall and placed 2nd in the Western Athletic Conference's Southern Division with a 12-4 in conference play, finishing 2nd in the WAC Southern. Arizona advanced to the postseason for the 3rd straight season and was placed in the Midwest Regional hosted by the University of Texas-Pan American at Jody Ramsey Memorial Stadium in Edinburg, Texas. The Wildcats defeated Texas-Pan American, Missouri and Texas A&M to advance to the College World Series for the 1st time since 1970. After losing their 1st game in Omaha, Nebraska to rival Arizona State, Arizona won the next 4 against Oklahoma, Clemson, Eastern Michigan and Arizona State to advance to the final game: a rematch against Eastern Michigan. The Wildcats defeated Eastern Michigan 7–1 to win their 1st National Championship in program history.

This marked the program's 3rd straight season finishing with a losing record, the only such stretch in team history. Arizona additionally missed the postseason for the 3rd consecutive season, becoming the longest postseason drought since 1981–1984.

This was the Wildcats' worst conference record during Kindall's tenure as well as their 2nd worst overall record. This marked the program's 2nd straight season finishing with a losing record, the first time this had occurred since 1983–1984. For only the 3rd time under Kindall's leadership, Arizona missed the postseason for a 2nd consecutive season.

The team was coached by Jerry Kindall in his 22nd season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished 15–40 overall and placed 6th in the Pacific-10's Southern Division with a 7–23 record. The Wildcats' 15 wins were the fewest the program had in a single season since winning only 12 games in 1949. This season also saw the team finish with the lowest win percentage in program history (.273). Arizona both finished with a losing record and missed the postseason for 1st time since 1991.

The 1993 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona during the 1993 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games at Frank Sancet Stadium. The team was coached by Jerry Kindall in his 21st season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished 35–26 overall and placed 3rd in the Pacific-10's Southern Division with a 16–14 record. Arizona reached the postseason for the 2nd straight season and the final time in Jerry Kindall's tenure and were placed as the 3-seed in the Midwest Regional, which was hosted by Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. After falling into the loser's bracket with a loss to Auburn in their 1st game, the Wildcats rallied to win their next 3 against North Carolina State, Fordham and Oklahoma State. The team was ultimately eliminated 1 win short of a College World Series appearance with a 10–11 loss in the regional final to host Oklahoma State.

The team was coached by Jerry Kindall in his 20th season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished 34-23 overall and placed 1st in the Pacific-10's Southern Division with an 18–12 record. This was Arizona's final conference championship under Coach Kindall and would be their last for 20 years until clinching a share of the then-Pac-12 Conference championship in 2012. The Wildcats made the postseason for the 1st time since 1989 and were selected to host the West Regional at Sancet Stadium. This would be the final time Sancet Stadium would host postseason play and, coincidentally, was the last time the program would host a regional until the same 2012 season when the program would win its 4th College World Series title. The Wildcats lost back to back games to Washington and Hawaii to end their season.

The team was coached by Jerry Kindall in his 17th season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished 45-18-1 overall and placed 1st in the Pacific-10's Southern Division with an 23–7 record. This was the program's 1st regular season conference championship since 1980, and their 1st ever outright conference championship since joining the Pacific-10 Conference. After a single year absence, Arizona returned to the postseason and was selected to host the West I Regional at Sancet Stadium. The Wildcats won their 1st pair of games against Eastern Kentucky and Hawaii before falling to Long Beach State in their 3rd game. The team bounced back to avoid elimination against Loyola Marymount but ultimately lost the next game to Long Beach State to end their season. The team was also noteworthy for featuring 6 future Major League Baseball players.

The team was coached by Jerry Kindall in his 9th season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished 30–22 overall and placed 4th in the Pacific-10's Southern Division with an 14–16 record. Arizona failed to make the postseason for the 1st time since 1977.

The 1978 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona during the 1978 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games at Wildcat Field. The team was coached by Jerry Kindall in his 6th season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished 42-13 overall and placed 2nd in the Western Athletic Conference's Southern Division with a 13–5 record. After a single year gap, Arizona was selected to the postseason and was placed in the West Regional hosted by the University of Southern California at Dedeaux Field in Los Angeles, California. The Wildcats lost their 1st game to USC before bouncing back to win their next 2 against Santa Clara and Cal State Fullerton. The team however lost their next game - a rematch with USC - to end their season. This would be Arizona's final season as members of the Western Athletic Conference, which they had been affiliated with for the previous 16 seasons. Beginning in 1979, the Wildcats would compete as members of the Pacific-10 Conference for the next 45 seasons, which they would remain in until leaving for the Big 12 Conference in 2024.

The team was coached by Jerry Kindall in his 5th season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished 37-25-1 overall and placed 2nd in the Western Athletic Conference's Southern Division with a 11–7 record. Arizona missed the postseason for the 1st time since Jerry Kindall's 1st season in 1973.

The 1975 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona during the 1975 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games at Wildcat Field. The team was coached by Jerry Kindall in his 3rd season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished 41-13-1 overall and placed 2nd in the Western Athletic Conference's Southern Division with a 14–4 record. Arizona made the postseason for the 2nd straight season and were placed in the West Regional hosted by the University of Southern California at Dedeaux Field in Los Angeles, California. The Wildcats lost back-to-back games to Pepperdine and USC to end their season. This marked the final season that the program played night games at the off-campus Hi Corbett Field, as lighting was installed at their main stadium Wildcat Field midway through the season. The 1st night game at Wildcat Field was a 1–9 loss to rival Arizona State on April 18, 1975. Arizona would not play a game at Hi Corbett Field again for 37 years until moving to the stadium full-time in 2012.

The 1974 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona during the 1974 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games at Wildcat Field. The team was coached by Jerry Kindall in his 2nd season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished 58-6 overall and placed 1st in the Western Athletic Conference's Southern Division with a 16–2 record. Arizona faced Northern Division champion BYU in the WAC Playoffs at Cougar Field in Provo, Utah. The Wildcats defeated BYU 14-5 and 16–5 to win the WAC Championship. Arizona made the postseason for the 1st time in Jerry Kindall's tenure and the 1st time since 1970, and were placed in the District 7 Regional hosted by the University of Northern Colorado at Jackson Field in Greeley, Colorado. The Wildcats lost back-to-back games to Northern Colorado to end their season.
