Lowell is an unincorporated community in Adams Township, Seneca County, Ohio, United States. It is located at the intersection of State Routes 101 and 778.

Adams Township is one of the fifteen townships of Seneca County, Ohio, United States. The 2010 census found 1,320 people in the township.
Seneca County is a county located in the U.S. state of Ohio. As of the 2010 census, the population was 56,745. Its county seat is Tiffin. The county was created in 1820 and later organized in 1824. It is named for the Seneca Indians.
