Çaylı (also, Chayly) is a village and municipality in the Goygol Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 875.

They played in the Azerbaijan First Division under Faig Jabbarov and for the first half of the season, and the cup games, played under the name Goygol (Khanlar). In the second half of the season, they played under the name Gilan (Khanlar) before changing their name to Gabala FC at the end of the season.
