The 1939 Palestine League was the seventh season of league football in the British Mandate for Palestine.

Contents

Due to the Arab Revolt the league was split into regional leagues in Tel Aviv (two tiers), Samaria and South districts, [1] while in Jerusalem, Haifa and Tiberias leagues were played, managed by the British Army.

Maccabi Tel Aviv won the Tel Aviv regional league on goal average, [2] while Beitar Netanya and Maccabi Rehovot won the Samaria and Southern divisions. Neither of the winning teams is listed as champions in the Israel Football Association. [3] [4]

The 2010–11 Israeli Noar Leumit League was the seventeenth season since its introduction in 1994. It is the top-tier football in Israel for teenagers between the ages 18–20. It began on 21 August 2010 and ended on 28 May 2011.

The 2011–12 Israeli Premier League was the thirteenth season since its introduction in 1999 and the 70th season of top-tier football in Israel. It began on 20 August 2011 and ended on 12 May 2012. Maccabi Haifa were the defending champions.

The 1947-48 Palestine League was the twelfth and last season of league football in the British Mandate for Palestine. The defending champions were Maccabi Tel Aviv.

The 1937 Liga Bet season was the second tier league of the Palestine League organized by the EIFA. The North division was won by Hapoel Herzliya, while the southern division was won by Maccabi Nes Tziona. The two divisional winners played for one allocated place in the top division, with Maccabi Nes Tziona winning the play-off. However, Hapoel Herzliya was promoted as well by the league and cup committee.

The 1940 Liga Bet season was the second-tier league of the Palestine League organized by the EIFA. The league was split into three regional divisions: North, Samaria and South. The Samaria division was won by Degel Zion Tel Aviv, while Hapoel Hadera won the North division and a British military team, RSG, which competed in the league as a guest, won the South Division.

The 2014–15 Liga Gimel season saw 110 clubs competing in 8 regional divisions for promotion to Liga Bet.

The 2015–16 Toto Cup Al was the 31st season of the third-important football tournament in Israel since its introduction and the 11th tournament involving Israeli Premier League clubs only.

The 1939–40 season was the 13th season of competitive football in the British Mandate for Palestine under the Eretz Israel Football Association.

The 2016–17 Liga Gimel season was the 49th season of fifth tier football in Israel, with 102 clubs competing in 8 regional divisions for promotion to Liga Bet.

The 2017–18 Toto Cup Al was the 33rd season of the third-important football tournament in Israel since its introduction and the 12th tournament involving Israeli Premier League clubs only.

The 2018–19 Toto Cup Leumit was the 29th season of the second tier League Cup since its introduction. It was divided into two stages. First, sixteen Liga Leumit teams were divided into four regionalized groups, with the winners advancing to the semi-finals, while the rest of the clubs were scheduled to play classification play-offs. However, the classification matches were only partly played.
