The 1991 Croatian Lottery Cup, also known as the Croatian Lottery Cup – Bol Ladies Open was a women's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts in Bol, Yugoslavia that was part of Tier V of the 1991 WTA Tour. It was the inaugural edition of the tournament and was held from 22 April through 28 April 1991. Second-seeded Sandra Cecchini won the singles title.

Elizabeth Smylie and Janine Thompson were the defending champions, but Smylie did not compete this year. Thompson teamed up with Jenny Byrne and lost in the first round to Claudia Kohde-Kilsch and Brenda Schultz.

Iva Budařová and Regina Rajchrtová were the defending champions, but Rajchrtová opted to rest in order to compete at the Fed Cup the next week. Budařová teamed up with Catherine Tanvier and lost in the semifinals to Carin Bakkum and Nicole Jagerman.

Isabel Cueto was the defending champion, but lost in the quarterfinals to Federica Bonsignori.

Sandra Cecchini and Patricia Tarabini were the defending champions, but the pair decided to compete at Kitzbühel in the same week, losing in the final.
