In 1993 Tipperary competed in the National Hurling League and the Munster and All-Ireland Championship's.

It was Babs Keating's seventh year in charge of the team with Michael O'Meara named as team captain. [1] The team were sponsored by National Irish Bank which appeared on the jerseys. In the Munster championship, Tipperary won the title for the 35th time after a 3-27 to 2-12 win against Clare in the final. [2] [3] [4] In the All-Ireland championship, Tipperary lost in the semi-finals to Galway by 1-16 to 1-14. [5]

The 2012 season was Declan Ryan's second year in charge of the Tipperary team, the second year of his initial two-year term since succeeding Liam Sheedy. In January the management appointed Paul Curran of Mullinahone as new captain and Pádraic Maher of Thurles Sarsfields as vice captain for 2012 season. On 6 February 2012, forward Lar Corbett announced his withdrawal from the Tipperary hurling panel for the 2012 season due to work commitments. On 13 May 2012, it was announced by Tipperary that Corbett had returned to the Tipperary Senior Hurling panel. On 24 June he made his comeback coming on as a substitute in the first half against Cork in the 2012 Munster Hurling Semi-Final as Tipperary won by 1–22 to 0–24.

The 2013 season was Eamon O'Shea's first year as manager of the Tipperary senior hurling team. On 25 September 2012, he succeeded Declan Ryan as manager. A panel of 26 players was announced in December 2012 to prepare for the Allianz Hurling League. In February Shane McGrath was appointed as captain for the 2013 season.

The 2013 Munster Senior Hurling Championship Final was the 122nd final of the Munster Senior Hurling Championship, one of the most prestigious provincial hurling championships. The match, contested by Limerick and Cork, took place on 14 July 2013 at the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick, and started at 4:00 p.m. It was Limerick's 45th Munster final and Cork's 80th. In Ireland, the match was televised live on the Sunday Game on RTÉ Two with commentary from Ger Canning and Michael Duignan.

Tipperary captained by Michael O'Meara and managed by "Babs" Keating won the game by 3-27 to 2-12. Tipperary played the game in yellow jerseys with Clare wearing blue jerseys.

The 1991 Munster Senior Hurling Championship Final was a hurling match played on 7 July 1991 at Páirc Uí Chaoimh, Cork. It was contested by Cork and Tipperary. The final finished in a draw with a scoreline of 4-10 to 2-16. Tipperary captained by Declan Carr and managed by Bab's Keating won the replay by 4-19 to 4-15 on 21 July in Semple Stadium after coming back from nine points down, Cork had led by 3-13 to 1-10 with just a quarter of the game remaining. Aidan Ryan's late goal into the corner of the net sparked a pitch invasion from the Killinan End. Cork has a 2-8 to 1-7 lead at halftime in the replay.

The 2021 season was Liam Sheedy's third and final year in charge since returning as manager of the Tipperary senior hurling team, having been previously in charge from 2008 to 2010.

In 2001 Tipperary competed in the National Hurling League and the Munster and All-Ireland championships. It was Nicky English's third year in charge of the team with Tommy Dunne also in his third year as team captain. Finches continued as sponsors of Tipperary GAA.

The 2008 season was Liam Sheedy's first season in charge of the Tipperary senior hurling team. He was appointed for a one-year term at a meeting of the county board on 25 September 2007. Paul Ormond was the team captain for the year but Eoin Kelly was the playing captain when Ormond wasn't named in the team.

The 2023 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship was the 136th staging of the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county hurling tournament, since its establishment in 1887. The championship began in April 2023 and ended on 23 July 2023.

The 2023 season was Liam Cahill's first year as manager of the Tipperary senior hurling team, having been appointed on 18 July 2022 on a three year term.
