Ronaldo Villanueva Puno, also known as Ronnie Puno, is a politician, campaign manager and strategist in Philippine politics. He supported the presidential bids of eventual winners Fidel V. Ramos, Joseph Estrada, and Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
