The 2004 European Pairs Speedway Championship was the inaugural edition of the European Pairs Speedway Championship. The final was held in Debrecen, Hungary on 12 September. [1] [2] The Czech Republic won the first edition of the Championship.

The first semifinal of the 2014 Speedway European Championship qualification took place in Daugavpils, Latvia, on 17 May 2014, as a replacement for a previously planned event in Rivne Speedway Stadium, Ukraine.
