The 2005 Conference USA Baseball Tournament was the 2005 postseason college baseball championship of the NCAA Division I Conference USA, held at Pete Taylor Park in Hattiesburg, Mississippi from May 25 through May 29, 2005. Both TCU and Tulane were declared co-champions due to inclement weather but Tulane was given the automatic bid to the 2005 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. The tournament consisted of eight teams, with two double-elimination brackets, and a single-game final that was cancelled due to inclement weather. [1]

The TCU Horned Frogs are the athletic teams that represent Texas Christian University. The 18 varsity teams participate in NCAA Division I and in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) for football, competing mostly in the Big 12 Conference. The school was a founding member of the Southwest Conference and was a member of the Western Athletic Conference, Conference USA, and the Mountain West Conference before joining the Big 12. Two TCU teams participate outside the Big 12 in sports not sponsored by that conference. The rifle team competes in the Patriot Rifle Conference, and the beach volleyball team plays in the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association.
The Southeastern Conference Baseball Tournament is the conference tournament in baseball for the Southeastern Conference (SEC). It is a partially double-elimination tournament and seeding is based on regular season conference records. The winner receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. The SEC Tournament champion is separate from the conference champion. The conference championship is determined solely by regular season record.
The TCU Horned Frogs baseball team represents Texas Christian University in NCAA Division I baseball. The Frogs have competed in the Big 12 Conference since 2013 and previously competed in the Mountain West, Conference USA, Western Athletic Conference and Southwest Conference. Since February 2003, the Horned Frogs have played their home games at Lupton Stadium, located on the TCU campus in Fort Worth, Texas. The Frogs are led by head coach Kirk Saarloos.
The 2008 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament was held from May 30 through June 25, 2008 and was part of the 2008 NCAA Division I baseball season. The 64 NCAA Division I college baseball teams were selected out of an eligible 286 teams on May 26, 2008. Thirty teams were awarded an automatic bid as champions of their conference, and 34 teams were selected at-large by the NCAA Division I Baseball Committee. Thirty-eight of the 64 selected teams participated in the 2007 tournament.
The Tulane Green Wave baseball team represents Tulane University in NCAA Division I college baseball. The Green Wave baseball team competes in the American Athletic Conference and play their home games on campus at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium. They are coached by head coach Jay Uhlman.
The Conference USA Baseball Tournament is the conference championship tournament in baseball for Conference USA (C-USA). The winner of the tournament receives an automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. The tournament format, which has changed several times, currently consists of an eight-team double-elimination tournament format, in which the winners of two four-team brackets play in a single-game final. Rice, which has won the tournament seven times, is the most successful team in the tournament's history.

The 64 team double elimination tournament concluded with the 2010 College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska. This was the final year at Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium, the host venue since 1950.
The Missouri Valley Conference Baseball Tournament is the conference baseball championship of the NCAA Division I Missouri Valley Conference. All eight teams participate in the double-elimination tournament, which in 2014 was played at Bob Warn Field at Sycamore Stadium in Terre Haute, IN. The 2022 Missouri Valley Conference Baseball tournament will be held in Springfield, Missouri at Hammons Field. The winner of the tournament receives an automatic berth to the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.
The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament is the conference baseball championship of the NCAA Division I Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The top four finishers in the regular season participate in the double-elimination tournament, which in 2014 was played at FirstEnergy Park in Lakewood, New Jersey. The winner of the tournament receives an automatic berth to the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

Mississippi State defeated Vanderbilt in the best-of-three final series to win their first national championship in program history.
The 2022 Texas Tech Red Raiders baseball team represented Texas Tech University during the 2022 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Red Raiders played their home games at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park and competed as members of the Big 12 Conference. They were led by tenth-year head coach Tim Tadlock.
