Her career-high doubles ranking is world No. 3, achieved on 22 October 2012. Hlaváčková has won two Grand Slam doubles titles: the 2011 French Open and the 2013 US Open, both times partnered with Lucie Hradecká. Together with Tímea Babos, Hlaváčková won 2017 WTA Finals.
