The Tashkent Open by Zeromax was a women's tennis tournament held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. First held in 1999, this WTA Tour event is an International tournament and is played on outdoor hard courts.[ citation needed ]

Contents

Since 2014, the event has been scheduled in early autumn, during the same week as the Wuhan Open. [1] In 2020, the tournament was replaced by the Lyon Open.

The 2006 Tashkent Open was a women's tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the 8th edition of the event, and part of the Tier IV Series of the 2006 WTA Tour. It took place at the Tashkent Tennis Center in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from 2 October 2 through 8 October 2006. Unseeded Sun Tiantian won the singles title and earned $22,925 first-prize money.

The 2005 Tashkent Open was a women's tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the 7th edition of the event, and part of the Tier IV Series of the 2005 WTA Tour. It took place at the Tashkent Tennis Center in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from 3 October through 9 October 2005. Fifth-seeded Michaëlla Krajicek won the singles title and earned $22,000 first-prize money.

The Danish Open was a professional women's tennis tournament played 2010–12 on indoor hard courts in Farum, Denmark north of Copenhagen. The event was affiliated with the Women's Tennis Association (WTA), and is an International-level tournament on the WTA Tour. The tournament may be viewed as a continuation of the ITF event 2008 Nordea Danish Open in Odense. The Katowice Open was a professional women's tennis tournament played on an indoor hard court in Katowice, Poland and was held in April. The Emilia-Romagna Open is a professional tennis tournament played on clay courts. It is currently a WTA 125 event on the WTA Tour for women and part of the ATP Challenger Tour for men. It is held annually in Parma, Italy since 2021. Since 2024 it is held in Sassuolo, Modena for men.
