The Moscow River Cup was a WTA Tour International-level professional women's tennis tournament. It took place on outdoor clay courts, in July 2018 at the National Tennis Center of Juan Antonio Samaranch, in Moscow. The tournament will be replaced by Baltic Open.

Contents

The inaugural year's (2018) prize money was $750,000, [1] [2] a significantly higher amount than the usual norm at WTA International-level events.

The Kremlin Cup is a professional tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts, which was suspended in 2022. It was part of the ATP Tour 250 series of the ATP Tour and was a Premier Tournament on the WTA Tour. It was held annually at the Olympic Stadium in Moscow, Russia from 1990 to 2018. In 2019, the Olympic Stadium underwent a reconstruction lasting two years. The 2019 edition of the tournament was held at the Ice Palace Krylatskoye. In 2021, the Kremlin Cup was played at the Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Palace and the Luzhniki Palace of Sports.

The İstanbul Cup is a WTA tennis tournament held in Istanbul, Turkey, organised for professional female tennis players. It is classified as an International-level tournament on the WTA Tour. Held annually since May 2005, it was played on outdoor clay courts until 2009, after which the organisers decided to switch the surface to outdoor hard courts. It was not held in between 2011–2013, due to the WTA Tour Championships moving to Istanbul for those years. It resumed for the 2014 WTA season. In 2016, the tournament surface was changed back to clay. It is currently played at the TTF Istanbul Tennis Center, located in the İstinye neighborhood.
