Super Crazy Mexican professional wrestler

Francisco Islas Rueda is a Mexican professional wrestler, or luchador, best known by his ring name Super Crazy. In Mexico, Islas has worked for AAA (AAA) and made appearances for various independent promotions but is not currently associated with one specific Mexican promotion. Takao Yoshida , better known by his ring name Taka Michinoku, is a Japanese professional wrestler and former mixed martial artist. Michinoku is known in North America for his work for the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) where he had the first ever WWF Light Heavyweight Championship reign recognized by the promotion. Michinoku is the founder and former promoter of Kaientai Dojo, where he also primarily wrestled until 2019. In 2019, Michinoku started another promotion, Professional Wrestling Just Tap Out (JTO). Michinoku has also appeared for New Japan Pro-Wrestling since 2011 where he is a member of Suzuki-gun.

NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship Professional wrestling championship

The NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling world championship in the National Wrestling Alliance competed for by wrestlers in the Junior Heavyweight division. The title has been in existence from 1945 to the present. The title was unified with the National Wrestling Association's World Junior Heavyweight Championship in 1949.

Minoru Tanaka (wrestler) Japanese professional wrestler (born 1972)

Minoru Tanaka is a Japanese professional wrestler. Tanaka first gained prominence in Fujiwara Gumi and Battlarts before moving on to New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), where he became a four time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion, a five time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion and the winner of the 2006 Best of the Super Juniors tournament. After leaving NJPW, he joined All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW), where he found continued success in the junior heavyweight and tag team ranks upon winning the World Junior Heavyweight Championship once and the All Asia Tag Team Championship twice. From 2013 to 2016, Tanaka worked for Wrestle-1. He is currently a freelancer, and primarily competes in Pro Wrestling Noah (Noah), where he has held the GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship twice. He is a former GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion, making him the second man to hold all three major Japanese junior heavyweight singles titles as well as the only man to hold all five major junior heavyweight titles in Japan.

Wrestle Association R was a Japanese professional wrestling promotion founded and run by Genichiro Tenryu as the successor to Super World of Sports, and which lasted from 1992 to 2000. The promotion initially established as Wrestle and Romance in 1992, had very few regular contracted workers, instead most of the workers were either freelance or employed in other promotions. Because of this WAR ran many all-star cards. It had inter-promotional feuds against New Japan Pro-Wrestling, Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling, the new Tokyo Pro Wrestling, and UWF International. WAR also continued, albeit in a loose fashion, SWS's old working agreement with the World Wrestling Federation, when they backed the WWF's first Japanese tour, in 1994.

IWGP Tag Team Championship Professional wrestling tag team championship

The IWGP Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling world tag team championship owned by the New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) promotion. "IWGP" is the acronym of the NJPW's governing body, the International Wrestling Grand Prix. The title was introduced on December 12, 1985 at an NJPW live event. The IWGP Tag Team Championship is one of two tag team titles contested for in NJPW; the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship is also sanctioned by NJPW. According to NJPW's official website, the IWGP Tag Team Championship is considered the "IWGP Heavyweight Class", while the Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship is listed as the "IWGP Jr. Tag Class". Like most professional wrestling championships, the title is won via the result of a scripted match. Title changes usually happen at NJPW-promoted events; although the title has only changed hands twice at a non-NJPW event, it has been defended in several other promotions.

The National Wrestling Association of America, LLC was an early professional wrestling sanctioning body created in 1930 by the National Boxing Association as an attempt to create a governing body for professional wrestling in the United States. The group created a number of "World" level championships as an attempt to clear up the professional wrestling rankings which at the time saw a number of different championships promoted as the "true world championship". Tatsuhito Takaiwa is a Zainichi-Korean professional wrestler. Takaiwa is one of the more well-traveled junior heavyweights in Japan, having wrestled for New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), and Pro Wrestling Zero1, as well as making special appearances in All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) and Pro Wrestling Noah.

Rocky Romero American professional wrestler

John R. Rivera is a Cuban-American professional wrestler and former mixed martial artist. He is currently signed non-exclusively to New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), better known by his ring name Rocky Romero. Rivera is known for his tenure as the fourth incarnation of Black Tiger and for his accomplishments as a tag team wrestler. He was member of tag teams like The Havana Pitbulls/Los Cubanitos, No Remorse Corps, Forever Hooligans, and Roppongi Vice. Rivera made his in-ring debut on September 13, 1997 and over the years portrayed several different characters, including the masked characters Havana Brother I, Black Tiger and Grey Shadow and has wrestled extensively in Mexico. In the United States he is most known for his work with Ring of Honor and was one of the featured wrestlers for Lucha Libre USA.

Cole Konrad is an American retired mixed martial arts fighter. He is currently a student at the University of Minnesota and former wrestler for the Golden Gophers. Konrad won a gold medal at the 2005 Pan-American Championships. He won the NCAA wrestling championships in 2006 and 2007 at 285 pounds and finished third at the 2006 World University Championships at 120 kilograms. He was the first Bellator Heavyweight World Champion.

The International Junior Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling title in Japanese promotion Pro Wrestling Zero1 and formerly sanctioned by the Wrestling Superstars Live promotion, contested exclusively among junior heavyweight wrestlers. It was originally created on June 29, 2002 as the NWA/UPW/Zero-One International Junior Heavyweight Championship, symbolizing Zero-One's relationship with the NWA and UPW; Leonardo Spanky defeated Smelly to become the first champion. When Zero-One left the NWA on October 31, 2004, the title was renamed to incorporate Steve Corino's Pro Wrestling World-1; the name was further added to when the newly renamed Zero1-Max joined the AWA on February 28, 2005. On August 26, 2006, when Minoru Fujita won the annual Tenka-Ichi Junior Tournament, it was again renamed the AWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship. When Zero1-Max left the AWA on December 15, 2007, it was renamed again to the Zero1-Max International Junior Heavyweight Championship. Finally, when the company changed its name to Pro Wrestling Zero1 in 2008, the championship followed.

Cenk İldem is a male wrestler from Turkey competing in the 96 kg division of Greco-Roman style. He is a member of the İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi S.K., where he is coached by his father Hüseyin İldem.

Ahmet Peker is a Turkish sport wrestler in 55 kg division of Freestyle. The 1.62 m (5.3 ft) tall athlete is a member of Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyespor Club in Bursa, where he is coached by İsmail Faikoğlu. In 2009, he was named by FILA the best junior wrestler having won the most world championships.

The Pan American Wrestling Championships is the continental wrestling championships for nations from North America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Three wrestling styles, recognized internationally by FILA, have been contested annually since the inception, namely: Greco-Roman, freestyle and Sambo wrestling. Since 1997 women's freestyle is also contested along with the mentioned styles.
