Mirjam Ott is a retired Swiss curler who lives in Laax, Switzerland. She is the 2012 World Curling Champion skip. She is the skip (captain) of the Swiss Olympic Curling Team. She has participated in several Olympic Games contests and has won numerous awards in many other curling events worldwide.
Thomas Ulsrud was a Norwegian curler from Oslo. He won a silver medal at the 2010 Winter Olympics, one World Curling Championship, two European Curling Championships, and fourteen Norwegian titles. He was also known for being the skip of the team that competed while wearing colourful harlequin trousers at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. Team Ulsrud's combined showmanship and sportsmanship became iconic and contributed to reviving worldwide interest in curling until 2019.

Erika Müller is a Swiss curler. She skipped her teams from Bern Egghölzli Curling Club and Wetzikon Curling Club to five Swiss Championship titles in 1982, 1983, 1985, 1986 and 1988. With her teammates Barbara Meyer, Barbara Meier and Cristina Wirz, she was the winning team at the 1983 World Curling Championships in Moose Jaw, Canada. In the final game Switzerland defeated Norway by the score of 18:3, the highest score in the history of World Curling Championship finals. She won a Bronze Medal at the World Curling Championships 1985 in Jönköping, Sweden. In 1983, she won a Bronze Medal at the European Curling Championships in Västeras, Sweden.
