Following are the results of the 2010 Comerica Bank Challenger singles. The 2010 Comerica Bank Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on hard court. This was the twenty-third edition of the tournament which is part of the 2010 ATP Challenger Tour. It took place in Aptos, United States between 12 July and 18 July 2010.

Donald Oliver Young Jr. is an American professional tennis player. Young had a career-high ATP singles ranking of World No. 38 achieved on 27 February 2012 and doubles ranking of No. 43 achieved on 14 August 2017. Marinko Matosevic is a retired Australian professional tennis player. His career-high singles ranking is World No. 39, which he achieved in February 2013. Matosevic defeated top players including Milos Raonic, Marin Čilić, Nikolay Davydenko, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and John Isner.

Novak Djokovic defeated Kevin Anderson in the final, 6–2, 6–2, 7–6(7–3) to win the Gentlemen's Singles tennis title at the 2018 Wimbledon Championships. It was his fourth Wimbledon title and 13th major title overall, passing Roy Emerson to outright fourth place on the all time men's singles major wins list. The win was also Djokovic's first title in over 12 months, his previous win having been at Eastbourne on July 1, 2017, and returned him to the top 10 in rankings. Roger Federer was the defending champion and successfully defended his title, defeating Marius Copil in the final, 7–6(7–5), 6–4.

Novak Djokovic defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final, 6–3, 6–4, to win the men's singles title at the 2019 Madrid Open. With the win, Djokovic tied Rafael Nadal's record of 33 Masters 1000 singles titles.

Nikoloz Basilashvili defeated Jan-Lennard Struff in the final, 6–4, 7–6(7–5) to win the Men's Singles tennis title at the 2021 Bavarian International Tennis Championships. This was Basilashvili's second title on the 2021 ATP Tour.
