The 2011 Kazakhstan Cup was the 20th season of the Kazakhstan Cup, the annual nationwide football cup competition of Kazakhstan since the independence of the country. The competition began on 12 April 2011 [1] and will end on a yet unknown date. Lokomotiv Astana were the defending champions, having won their first cup in the 2010 competition.

The winner of the competition will qualify for the first qualifying round [2] of the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League.

Round 1

The draw was conducted on 25 March 2010 at the offices of the Football Federation of Kazakhstan. [1] Entering this round were 28 clubs from both the 2011 Premier League and First Division seasons. Both 2010 cup finalists, Lokomotiv Astana and Shakhter Karagandy, were given a bye to Round 2. The matches took place on 13 April 2011.

Clubs began participating in the competitions of the Asian Football Confederation from the 1994–95 season until the 2000–01 season. No clubs participated in continental competitions during the 2001–02 season, as the Football Federation of Kazakhstan finalised their switch to become the 52nd member of UEFA. Ordabasy finished the season in 3rd place, reached the Semifinal of the Kazakhstan Cup and were knocked out of the Europa League at the Second qualifying round stage by Mladá Boleslav.

The 2019 FC Taraz season was the club's first season back in the Kazakhstan Premier League following their relegation at the end of the 2017 season, and 28th season in total. Taraz finished the season in 10th position, qualifying for a two-legged Relegation play-off against FC Akzhayik. After a 0-0 draw in the first leg away in Oral, Taraz won the second leg 3-1 to retain their place in the Kazakhstan Premier League for the 2020 season. Taraz also participated in the Kazakhstan Cup, where they were defeated by FC Ordabasy in the Quarterfinals.

The 2022 Kazakhstan Cup was the 30th season of the Kazakhstan Cup, the annual nationwide football cup competition of Kazakhstan since the independence of the country. The winners qualified for the 2023–24 UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round. FC Kairat were the defending champions, having beaten FC Shakhter Karagandy in the previous final.
