The 1991 UNCAF Nations Cup was the inaugural UNCAF Nations Cup, the Central American championship for men's national association football teams. It was organized by the Unión Centroamericana de Fútbol or UNCAF, and it took place in Costa Rica from 26 May to 2 June 1991. All matches were played in the Costa Rican capital, San José at the Estadio Nacional. The top two teams, apart from Costa Rica, go on to participate in the 1991 CONCACAF Gold Cup. Costa Rica were given a bye due to their performance at the 1990 FIFA World Cup.

The 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup is an official FIFA international football tournament to be held in United States from June 5 to June 25, 2011. The twelve national teams involved in the tournament are required to register a squad of 23 players, as stipulated in the CONCACAF Gold Cup Tournament Rules and Regulations; only players listed in these squads are eligible to take part in the tournament. Listed players may only be substituted in the event of a serious injury up until 24 hours before the team's first match. The squads were submitted on May 21, 2011, 15 days prior to the first game.

The 2021 CONCACAF Gold Cup was an international football tournament held in the United States from 10 July to 1 August 2021. The sixteen participating national teams were required to register a squad of 23 players, of which three have to be goalkeepers. Only players in these squads are eligible to take part in the tournament.

This is a list of the squads for the 2021 CONCACAF Futsal Championship that will take place in Guatemala City between May 3 and 9, 2020. The 13 national teams involved in the tournament were required to register a squad of 14 players each, two of whom must be goalkeepers; only players in these squads were eligible to take part in the tournament.

The 2022 CONCACAF U-20 Championship was an international football tournament held in Honduras from 18 June to 3 July 2022. The twenty participating national teams were required to register a squad of twenty players, of which two had to be goalkeepers.

The 2023 CONCACAF U-17 Championship will be an international football tournament that wil be held in Guatemala from 11 to 26 February 2023. The twenty participating national teams were required to register a squad of up to 20 players, of which two have to be goalkeepers. Only players in these squads are eligible to take part in the tournament. The tournament exclusively requires players to be born between 1 January 2006 and 31 December 2008 to be eligible, that is, they must be a maximun of 17 years old and at least 15 years old by the end of the calendar year in which the competition is played.
