The 2012 season of the Polish American Football League was the seventh season played by the american football leagues in Poland. In 2012, the Topliga was created as a major league with a bid (invitation) rule. Remaining teams was divided into two leagues (PLFA I and PLFA II) between which there is promotion and relegation. Both, PLFA I and PLFA II, was divided into two divisions, for the geographical reason.

Regular season of the Topliga took place between March 24 and June 17, 2012. [1] The Polish champion was determined in the play-off final - the VII SuperFinal PLFA (known as the Polish Bowl VII). The Seahawks Gdynia beat the Warsaw Eagles in the championship game 52–37 hosted at the National Stadium in Warsaw. [2]

The SuperFinał is the championship game of the Polish American Football League (PLFA). The first Polish Bowl played on November 12, 2006 in Warsaw at the Marymont stadium between top two teams in regular season. Since 2007 in the Polish Bowl game is played between Semi-Final winners.

The 2011 season of the Polish American Football League was the 6th season played by the major american football league in Poland. It was the first time that the PLFA I consisted of ten teams. The regular season took place between April 2 and June 19, 2011. The Polish champion was determined in the play-off final; the VI SuperFinal PLFA. The Crew Wrocław beat the defending champion Devils Wrocław 27–26. The championship game was broadcast live on Sportklub channel, as a first PLFA game ever.
