The 2009 season of the Polish American Football League (PLFA I) was the 4th season played by the major american football league in Poland. Regular season play was held from April 5 to September 20, 2009. The Polish champion title was eventually won by the AZS Silesia Miners when they defeated The Crew Wrocław; the Polish Bowl championship game, at the Marymont stadium in Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship on October 17. The SuperFinał is the championship game of the Polish American Football League (PLFA). The first Polish Bowl played on November 12, 2006 in Warsaw at the Marymont stadium between top two teams in regular season. Since 2007 in the Polish Bowl game is played between Semi-Final winners.

The Polish Football League is an American football league in Poland. Founded in 2021 after merge of the Topliga and the LFA which have been split in 2017. The league is played under the newly formed Polish football association Związek Futbolu Amerykańskiego w Polsce (ZFAP). The championship game of the league is the Polish Bowl. The inaugural season was held with 7 teams in PFL Division 1 and in 7 teams in PFL Division 2.
