The 2013 OEC Taipei WTA Ladies Open also known as 2013 OEC Taipei WTA Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on indoor carpet courts. It was the sixth edition of the tournament and the last event of the 2013 WTA 125K series. It took place in Taipei, Taiwan, on 4–10 November 2013.
Kristina Mladenovic and Lucie Šafářová were the defending champions, but Mladenovic chose not to participate this year. Šafářová played alongside Květa Peschke, but they lost in the first round to Chan Hao-ching and Chan Yung-jan.
Jelena Janković and Katarina Srebotnik were the defending champions, but they chose not to compete together. Janković played alongside Klára Koukalová, but lost in the second round to Michaëlla Krajicek and Barbora Záhlavová-Strýcová. Srebotnik teamed up with Květa Peschke, but lost in the second round to Chan Hao-ching and Chan Yung-jan.
Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci won the title, defeating Cara Black and Sania Mirza in the final, 7–6(7–4), 6–3.
Kristina Mladenovic and Flavia Pennetta were the defending champions, but Pennetta chose to participate in Tianjin instead. Mladenovic partnered Klaudia Jans-Ignacik, but lost in the first round to Lara Arruabarrena and Tatjana Maria.
Shuko Aoyama and Renata Voráčová won the title, defeating Arruabarrena and Maria in the final, 6-1, 6-2.
Alison Van Uytvanck was the defending champion, but chose to participate at the 2014 Open GDF Suez de Limoges instead.
Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci were the two-time defending champions, but lost to Julia Görges and Anna-Lena Grönefeld in the third round.
Chan Hao-ching and Chan Yung-jan were the defending champions, but chose not to participate together. Chan Hao-ching played alongside Flavia Pennetta, but lost in the quarterfinals to Martina Hingis and Sania Mirza.
Chan Yung-jan teamed up with Zheng Jie, but lost to Caroline Garcia and Katarina Srebotnik in the final, 6–7(5–7), 2–6.
Cara Black and Sania Mirza were the defending champions but they chose not to participate.
Garbiñe Muguruza and Carla Suárez Navarro won the title, defeating Chan Hao-ching and Chan Yung-jan in the final, 7–5, 6–1.
Martina Hingis and Flavia Pennetta were the defending champions, but Pennetta chose not to participate. Hingis played alongside Sania Mirza and successfully defended the title by defeating Irina-Camelia Begu and Monica Niculescu in the final, 6–2, 6–3.
Andrea Hlaváčková and Peng Shuai were the defending champions, but Peng could not participate due to injury. Hlaváčková played alongside Lucie Hradecká, but lost in the quarterfinals to Casey Dellacqua and Yaroslava Shvedova.
Martina Hingis and Sania Mirza won the title, defeating Chan Hao-ching and Chan Yung-jan in the final, 6–7(9–11), 6–1, [10–8].
Bethanie Mattek-Sands and Sania Mirza were the defending champions, but Mattek-Sands chose not to participate this year. Mirza played alongside Martina Hingis and successfully defended her title, defeating Caroline Garcia and Kristina Mladenovic in the final, 1–6, 7–5, [10–5].
Raquel Atawo and Abigail Spears were the defending champions, but lost in the second round to Gabriela Dabrowski and María José Martínez Sánchez.
Chan Hao-ching and Chan Yung-jan won the title, defeating Sara Errani and Carla Suárez Navarro in the final, 6–3, 6–3.
