The provisional rosters were published by UNCAF on 19 August 2014. [1] The pre-competition final rosters were released on 1 September 2014. [2]
Each participating team had to register a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 21 players to play in the competition, of which three of those players must be goalkeepers. [3] Teams could replace up to six players in the roster with players on the provisional list of 50 players between the second and third games in the competition. [3]
On 9 September, UNCAF and CONCACAF published changes made by teams following the second game. [4] In total nine players were withdrawn and replaced.

The Costa Rica national football team represents Costa Rica in men's international football. The national team is administered by the Costa Rican Football Federation (FEDEFUTBOL), the governing body for football in Costa Rica. It has been a member of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) since 1927, the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) since 1961, and a member of the Central American Football Union (UNCAF) since 1990.

Alianza Fútbol Club, also known simply as Alianza, is a professional football club based in San Salvador, El Salvador. Founded in 1958, Alianza was almost immediately successful, winning its first championships in the 1966 and 1967 Salvadoran seasons. CONCACAF announced on 30 May 2007 the final rosters for all twelve teams that will compete in the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup. The roster for each team consists of 23 players, as stipulated in the CONCACAF Gold Cup Tournament Rules and Regulations. A listed player may only be substituted in the event of a serious injury up until 24 hours before the team's first match at the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
The 2014 Copa Centroamericana was the 13th Copa Centroamericana, the regional championship for men's national association football teams in Central America. It was organized by the Unión Centroamericana de Fútbol or UNCAF, and took place in the United States.
An initial list of 35 players for each participating nation was published by CONCACAF on 10 June 2015. A "final list" containing 23 players for each participating nation was published by CONCACAF on 23 June 2015.

The 2018 CONCACAF Women's Championship was an international women's football tournament held in the United States from 4–17 October 2018. The eight national teams involved in the tournament were required to register a squad of 20 players, including two goalkeepers. Only players in these squads were eligible to take part in the tournament.
The sixteen national teams involved in the 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup were required to register a squad of 23 players; only players in these squads were eligible to take part in the tournament. CONCACAF published all provisional lists on 20 May. The final list of 23 players per national team was submitted to CONCACAF by June 2019. Three players per national team had to be goalkeepers.
