The 2014 OEC Taipei WTA Challenger-Doubles was a professional tennis tournament played on indoor carpet courts. It was the seventh edition of OEC's Taipei Open tournaments, and the third under the 125k series classification. It was part of the 2014 WTA 125K series. It took place in Taipei, Taiwan, on 3–9 November 2014. Caroline Garcia and Yaroslava Shvedova were the defending champions, however, Shvedova chose not to participate and Garcia chose to compete in Limoges instead.

Monica Niculescu and Klára Koukalová were the defending champions, but Koukalová chose not to participate. Niculescu played alongside Zarina Diyas, but they lost in the first round to Lyudmyla Kichenok and Nadiia Kichenok.
The Kichenok sisters went on to win the title, defeating Liang Chen and Wang Yafan in the final, 6-4, 7-6(8-6).

Peng Shuai and Zhang Shuai were the defending champions, however Peng chose not to participate. Zhang partnered with Chuang Chia-jung, but lost in the first round to Anastasia Rodionova and Vera Zvonareva.

Misaki Doi and Xu Yifan were the defending champions of 2013, the tournament was not held in 2014. Doi chose not to participate. Xu partnered Wang Yafan, but lost in the quarterfinals to Yang Zhaoxuan and Zhang Yuxuan.

Gabriela Dabrowski and Jeļena Ostapenko were the defending champions, but chose not to participate together. Dabrowski played alongside Xu Yifan, but lost in the first round to Lara Arruabarrena and Kaitlyn Christian. Ostapenko teamed up with Veronika Kudermetova, but lost in the semifinals to Chan Hao-ching and Latisha Chan.

Ashleigh Barty and CoCo Vandeweghe were the defending champions, but Vandeweghe could not participate due to injury. Barty played alongside Victoria Azarenka, but lost in the semifinals to Elise Mertens and Aryna Sabalenka.

Hsieh Su-wei and Barbora Strýcová defeated Gabriela Dabrowski and Xu Yifan in the final, 6−2, 6−4 to win the ladies' doubles tennis title at the 2019 Wimbledon Championships. With the win, Strýcová attained the WTA no. 1 doubles ranking for the first time – Kristina Mladenovic, Elise Mertens and Ashleigh Barty were also in contention for the top ranking. Hsieh and Strýcová won the title without losing a set during the tournament.

Barbora Krejčíková and Kateřina Siniaková defeated the defending champion Demi Schuurs and her partner Anna-Lena Grönefeld in the final, 7–5, 6–0 to win the women's doubles tennis title at the 2019 Canadian Open.

Chan Hao-ching and Latisha Chan were the defending champions, but the team withdrew before their second round match.
