The 2016 FINA World Men's Youth Water Polo Championship was the 3rd edition of the U18 men's water polo world championship. The tournament was played in Podgorica, Montenegro, from 26 August to 3 September 2016. ^[1]

Croatia won their first title after beating Montenegro in the final, 16–13.
