The 2018–19 Fresno State Bulldogs women's basketball team represented California State University, Fresno during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Bulldogs, led by fifth year head coach Jaime White, played their home games at the Save Mart Center and were members of the Mountain West Conference. They finished the season 19–13, 11–7 in Mountain West play to finish in fourth place. They advanced to the semifinal of the Mountain West women's tournament, where they lost to Boise State. They received an at-large bid to the WNIT, where they lost to Pacific in the first round.

Save Mart Center at Fresno State is a multi-purpose arena, on the campus of California State University, Fresno, located in Fresno, California. An open house was held for the community on November 5, 2003, with the official ribbon cutting following on November 27, 2003. It is home to the Fresno State Bulldogs men's and women's basketball teams, women's volleyball team and wrestling team.
The Fresno State Bulldogs are the intercollegiate athletic teams that represent California State University, Fresno. The university is a member of NCAA Division I's Mountain West Conference (MW). It was a member of the Western Athletic Conference from 1992 until 2012, when it left for the Mountain West alongside fellow WAC member Nevada.

This was head coach Rodney Terry's second season at Fresno State. The Bulldogs played their home games at the Save Mart Center and were first year members of the Mountain West Conference. They finished the season 11–19, 5–11 in MWC play to finish in seventh place. They lost in the quarterfinals of the Mountain West tournament to Colorado State.

They earned the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament where they lost in the first round to Utah.

They received an automatic big to the Women's National Invitation Tournament where they defeated Santa Clara in the first round before losing to Oregon in the second round.

The Bulldogs were led by first-year head coach Jeff Tedford and played their home games at Bulldog Stadium as a member of the Mountain West Conference in the West Division. They finished the season 10–4, 7–1 in Mountain West play to win the West Division. They lost to Mountain Division champion Boise State in the Mountain West Championship Game. They were invited to the Hawaii Bowl where they defeated Houston. They became only the second team in college football history to win ten games the year after they lost ten or more games.

Haley Cavinder is an American social media personality and college basketball player for the Miami Hurricanes of the Atlantic Coast Conference. Prior to Miami, she played for the Fresno State Bulldogs. Cavinder was an All-Mountain West Conference (MW) selection in each of her three seasons at Fresno State, and was named MW Player of the Year in her sophomore season. As a junior, she set the NCAA Division I single-season free throw percentage record before transferring to Miami.

Hanna Cavinder is an American social media personality and college basketball player who plays for the Miami Hurricanes of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). She began her college career at Fresno State, where she was a two-time All-Mountain West Conference (MWC) selection and a MWC All-Freshman Team selection. Prior to collegiate basketball she was the Arizona 5A Offensive Player of the Year as a senior for Gilbert High School where she played with her fraternal twin, Haley, and elder sister Brandi.
