Schedule

Georgia State announced its 2019 football schedule on March 1, 2019. The 2019 schedule consists of six home and six away games for the regular season. The Panthers host Sun Belt foes Arkansas State, Troy, Appalachian State, and South Alabama, and travel to Texas State, Coastal Carolina, ULM, and in-state rivals Georgia Southern. Georgia State will not play Sun Belt foe Louisiana this year. [5] The team will play four non-conference games, including home games against Furman, an FCS team from the Southern Conference, and Army, an FBS Independent, as well as away games at Tennessee of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and Western Michigan of the Mid-American Conference (MAC)

The Mountaineers were led by first-year head coach Eliah Drinkwitz through the team's win in the Sun Belt Conference Championship Game, after which he left to fill the head coaching vacancy at Missouri. Shawn Clark led the team during their bowl game appearance. The Black Knights finished the season with a record of 9–4, sharing the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy with Navy and Air Force after all three service academies finished with 1–1 records against each other. They were invited to the Armed Forces Bowl where they defeated Missouri, 24–22.

The 2021 Missouri Tigers football team represented the University of Missouri in the 2021 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Tigers played their home games at Faurot Field in Columbia, Missouri, and competed in the Eastern Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They were led by second-year head coach Eliah Drinkwitz.

The 2023 LSU Tigers football team represented Louisiana State University (LSU) in the Western Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) during the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Tigers were led by Brian Kelly in his second year as LSU's head coach. Quarterback Jayden Daniels won the Heisman Trophy among several other awards for the season. LSU was ranked sixth in the 2023 college football recruiting class.

The 2023 UTSA Roadrunners football team represented the University of Texas at San Antonio as a member of American Athletic Conference during the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They were led by fourth-year head coach Jeff Traylor. The Roadrunners played their home games at the Alamodome in San Antonio. This was their inaugural season as a member of the American Athletic Conference.
