Adrian Mannarino defeated Jordan Thompson in the final, 7–6(9–7), 6–3 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2019 Rosmalen Grass Court Championships. It was Mannarino's maiden ATP Tour singles title in his seventh final. Thompson was also contesting for his maiden title.

Aslan Karatsev won his first ATP Tour singles title, defeating Lloyd Harris in the final, 6–3, 6–2 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2021 Dubai Tennis Championships. Karatsev became the second wildcard in the tournament's history to win the men's singles title. Harris was the first qualifier to reach the final of the Dubai Tennis Championships.
Rafael Nadal defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final, 6–4, 6–7(6–8), 7–5 to win the singles title at the 2021 Barcelona Open. Nadal saved a championship point en route to his record-extending 12th Barcelona Open title and 61st ATP Tour singles title on clay. It became the second tournament at which Nadal had earned 12 or more victories, after the French Open. At three hours and 38 minutes, the final match was at the time the longest best-of-three-set tour-level final ever recorded since the Association of Tennis Professionals began tracking statistics in 1991, until the 2023 Cincinnati Masters final. Tsitsipas, who had also lost to Nadal in his first career ATP singles final at this tournament in 2018, was in contention to win his first ATP 500 tournament title on his seventh attempt.

Daniil Medvedev defeated Reilly Opelka in the final, 6–4, 6–3 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2021 Canadian Open. It was his fourth ATP Masters 1000 title and 12th career title. Opelka was contesting his maiden Masters 1000 final.
Cameron Norrie defeated Nikoloz Basilashvili in the final, 3–6, 6–4, 6–1 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2021 Indian Wells Masters. It was his first ATP Tour Masters 1000 title, and he became the first Briton to win the title. Basilashvili became the first Georgian to reach a Masters-level final since Alex Metreveli in 1968, and the first to do so while representing Georgia as an independent nation.

Carlos Alcaraz defeated Casper Ruud in the final, 6–4, 2–6, 7–6(7–1), 6–3 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2022 US Open. It was his first major title, and he claimed the world No. 1 singles ranking with the win. Ruud, Rafael Nadal, Daniil Medvedev, and Stefanos Tsitsipas were also in contention for the top position. Alcaraz saved a match point en route to the title, in the quarterfinals against Jannik Sinner.
Andrey Rublev defeated Jiří Veselý in the final, 6–3, 6–4 to win the men's singles title at the 2022 Dubai Tennis Championships. It was Rublev's tenth career singles title. Veselý entered the tournament ranked as the world No. 123, and was the lowest-ranked finalist in the tournament's history.
Taylor Fritz defeated Maxime Cressy in the final, 6–2, 6–7(4–7), 7–6(7–4) to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2022 Eastbourne International.
Jannik Sinner defeated the defending champion Carlos Alcaraz in the final, 6–7(5–7), 6–1, 6–1 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Croatia Open Umag.
Marc-Andrea Hüsler defeated Holger Rune in the final, 6–4, 7–6(10–8) to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Sofia Open. It was his maiden ATP Tour title, and he saved two match points en route, in his quarterfinal match against Kamil Majchrzak. Hüsler became the fourth Swiss man, after Roger Federer, Stan Wawrinka and Marc Rosset, to win an ATP Tour title in the 21st century.
Jannik Sinner defeated Alex de Minaur in the final, 6–4, 6–1 to win the men's singles title at the 2023 Canadian Open. It was his first ATP Tour Masters 1000 title and eighth ATP Tour singles title overall.
