The 2019 Liga 3 Riau is the third edition of Liga 3 (formerly known as Liga Nusantara) Riau as a qualifying round for the national round of 2019 Liga 3. AS Abadi, winner of the 2018 Liga 3 Riau are the defending champions. The competition began on 3 August 2019. [1]
In this competition, 12 teams are divided into 3 groups of four. The winner will represent Riau in the national round of 2019 Liga 3.

Persatuan Sepakbola Pekanbaru dan Sekitarnya is an Indonesian football team based in Pekanbaru, Riau. They currently played at Liga 2. They play at the 25,000 capacity Kaharudin Nasution Stadium.
Kaharudin Nasution Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia. It is currently used mostly for football matches, but also sometimes for athletics. Now it's the home stadium of PSPS Pekanbaru. The stadium has finished its renovation in 2012, it will host the 2013 AFC U-22 Asian Cup qualification. It has hosted 2012 Indonesia National Games.
