Defending champion Roger Federer defeated Novak Djokovic in the final, 7–6(7–1), 6–3 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2015 Cincinnati Masters. He won the title without losing a set or having his serve broken for the second time, after 2012. It marked the first time Federer defeated the world No. 1 and No. 2 players in consecutive matches en route to a title. It was Djokovic's fifth runner-up finish without winning the title; he would eventually do so in 2018.
Stan Wawrinka was the two-time defending champion and successfully defended his title, defeating Borna Ćorić in the final, 6–3, 7–5. He did not lose a single set in the entire tournament.

It took place at the ASB Tennis Centre in Auckland, New Zealand, from 6 to 12 January 2020 for the women, and from 13 to 18 January 2020 for the men.

Novak Djokovic defeated Diego Schwartzman in the final, 7–5, 6–3 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2020 Italian Open. It was his fifth Italian Open title and record 36th Masters 1000 title overall. Djokovic entered his 287th week as world No. 1 following the tournament.
Hubert Hurkacz defeated Jannik Sinner in the final, 7–6(7–4), 6–4 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2021 Miami Open. It was his first Masters 1000 singles title, and he became the first Pole to win a Masters 1000 singles title.

Kevin Anderson defeated Jenson Brooksby in the final, 7–6(10–8), 6–4, to win the singles tennis title at the 2021 Hall of Fame Open. It was played on outdoor grass courts and was part of the 250 series of the 2021 ATP Tour. It took place at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, Rhode Island, United States from 12 to 18 July 2021.

Thanasi Kokkinakis defeated Arthur Rinderknech in the final, 6–7(6–8), 7–6(7–5), 6–3 to win the men's singles title at the 2022 Adelaide International 2. It was his first ATP Tour title, and he won it in his hometown of Adelaide. Kokkinakis saved a match point against Marin Čilić in the semifinals.
Reilly Opelka defeated Jenson Brooksby in the final, 7–6(7–5), 7–6(7–3) to win the singles title at the 2022 Dallas Open. This was the first edition of the tournament.
Taylor Fritz defeated Rafael Nadal in the final, 6–3, 7–6(7–5) to win the men's singles title at the 2022 Indian Wells Masters. It was his first Masters 1000 title and second career title overall. Fritz became the first American to win the title since Andre Agassi in 2001, and ended Nadal's 20-match winning streak, dating back to the 2022 Melbourne Open.
Richard Gasquet defeated Cameron Norrie in the final, 4–6, 6–4, 6–4 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2023 ASB Classic. It was his 16th ATP Tour singles title, and his first since 2018.
Defending champion Carlos Alcaraz defeated Jan-Lennard Struff in the final, 6–4, 3–6, 6–3 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2023 Madrid Open. It was his fourth Masters 1000 title. Struff was the first lucky loser to reach a Masters final.
