2022 French Road Cycling Cup

The 2022 French Road Cycling Cup is the 31st edition of the French Road Cycling Cup. There are 17 events, with the Mercan'Tour Classic Alpes-Maritimes making its debut in the competition and joining the usual 16 events from previous years. [1]

Contents

The defending champions from the previous season are Dorian Godon, who won the individual [2] and young rider classifications, [3] and AG2R Citroën Team, who won the teams classification. [4]

The 2011 season for the FDJ cycling team began in January at La Tropicale Amissa Bongo and ended in October at the Chrono des Nations. The season was their first as a UCI Professional Continental team, having been denied UCI ProTeam status for 2011 in the preceding offseason, due to a paperwork error. The 2022 Grand Prix de Denain – Porte du Hainaut was the 63rd edition of the Grand Prix de Denain one-day road cycling race. It was held on 17 March 2022 as a category 1.Pro race on the 2022 UCI ProSeries calendar. It was also the second event of the 2022 French Road Cycling Cup. After the 2021 edition was postponed to September by COVID-19 precautions, the race returned to its usual spring timeslot.
