Following the withdrawal of Underbank Rangers prior to the start of the season, Thornhill Trojans were elevated to the Premier Division in their place. [3]

The North West Counties A.R.L. were a series of rugby league regional leagues in the North West of England. Most clubs at open age level joined the North West Men's League in 2011 and 2012 but it carried on until folding part way through the 2014–15 season.
Thatto Heath Crusaders is an amateur rugby league club situated in Thatto Heath, St Helens, Merseyside. The club currently competes in the National Conference League Premier Division
Featherstone Lions are an amateur rugby league club from Featherstone, West Yorkshire who play in the National Conference League and the Yorkshire Men's League. The juniors play in the Yorkshire Junior & Youth League. The club also has open age women and 3 girls' teams.
