Tracey Kelusky is a Canadian former lacrosse player and current head coach of Panther City LC. Kelusky played for the Columbus Landsharks, Montreal Express, Calgary Roughnecks, Buffalo Bandits and Philadelphia Wings. While with the Roughnecks, Kelusky was named captain and lead them to titles in 2004 and 2009.
The National Lacrosse League entry draft is an annual event where the general managers of National Lacrosse League teams choose eligible players for their rosters from US college programs and Canada's junior lacrosse system.
Jeff Cornwall is a lacrosse player for the Calgary Roughnecks in the National Lacrosse League. Cornwall was drafted in the second round in the 2011 NLL Entry Draft by the Buffalo Bandits. His brother Travis plays for the Panther City Lacrosse Club.
Travis Cornwall is a professional indoor lacrosse transition who plays for the Panther City Lacrosse Club in the National Lacrosse League, wearing #90. He was drafted in the 1st round in the 2011 NLL Entry Draft. He won the Minto Cup with the Coquitlam Adanacs in 2010. His brother Jeff plays for the Calgary Roughnecks. On October 11, 2021, Cornwall signed with Panther City LC in Fort Worth, TX.
The Interstate Box Lacrosse Association (IBLA) was a men's semi-professional box lacrosse league based in the United States. From 2019 to 2021, the IBLA served as an official partner of the National Lacrosse League (NLL), operating as a developmental funnel. The league was founded in 2017 to unite regional semi-professional leagues into a system similar to the Canadian Lacrosse Association structure of men's Senior A and Senior B indoor lacrosse teams. As of 2021 there are 52 total teams playing in 17 regional leagues. The Seneca Marksmen are the most recent IBLA champions, defeating the Grand Rapids Grizzlies in Lakeland, Florida on September 19, 2021.

The 2022 National Lacrosse League season, formally known as the 2021–2022 season, was the 35th in the history of the NLL. The season began on December 3, 2021 and ended with the NLL final in late spring of 2022. This was the inaugural season for the expansion team Panther City Lacrosse Club, and the Albany FireWolves who relocated from New England. The NLL returned after missing a season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2022 season is their 30th season in the NLL. the Buffalo Bandits has returned to play after the entire 2021 season was cancelled due to Covid 19. they will be starting the season on December 4th at home.
