The 2022 Vietnamese Football League Second Division (known as the ALPHA Cup for sponsorship reasons) was the 22nd season of the Vietnam League Two. The regular season began on 18 April and ended on 3 June. [1] [2] The final stage was played on 8 May, with Binh Thuan and Hoa Binh gaining promotion to the 2023 V.League 2. [3]

Binh Thuan and Hoa Binh are promoted to V. League 2.
The V.League 1, also called Night Wolf V.League 1 for sponsorship reasons, is the top professional football league in Vietnam, controlled by the Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF). It is contested by 14 clubs who play each other on a home and away basis. The team finishing at the top at the end of the season is crowned the champion and enters the AFC Champions League.
