The 2023 Figueira da Foz International Ladies Open was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the seventh edition of the tournament which was part of the 2023 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Figueira da Foz, Portugal between 24 and 30 July 2023.

Ashlyn Krueger defeated Zhu Lin in the final, 6–3, 7–6(8–6) to win the singles title at the 2023 Japan Women's Open. It was her first WTA Tour title.

Adriana Reami and Anna Rogers were the defending champions but they chose not to participate.

Katarzyna Piter and Kimberley Zimmermann were the defending champions but Zimmermann chose not to participate. Piter partnered alongside Bibiane Schoofs but lost to Francisca Jorge and Matilde Jorge in the quarterfinals.
