Jorge has career-high WTA rankings of 498 in singles and 130 in doubles, achieved on 6 May 2023. She has won and 16 doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit. In April 2024, she won her first WTA Challenger title, partnering with her older sister, Francisca Jorge. [2]

Jorge represents Portugal in the Billie Jean King Cup, playing her first tie in 2020. She has a win/loss record of 14–5 in the 15 ties she has played.
