The 2023 Monte Carlo FIA Formula 3 round was a motor racing event held between 25 and 28 May 2023 at the Circuit de Monaco. It was the third round of the 2023 FIA Formula 3 Championship and was held in support of the 2023 Monaco Grand Prix.

Notes

• ^1 – Piotr Wiśnicki, Sophia Flörsch and Roberto Faria all have been required to start from the pit lane after their team were found to have exceeded the total of 11 personnel working on their cars by allowing a representative to scan their tyres after Parc Ferme. ^[9]
• ^2 – Sebastián Montoya has been penalised twice during the Feature Race. Firstly, he was given a five-second time-penalty for speeding in the pit lane. He later got disqualified after a left tyre was found to have been used on the wrong side of his car following his pit stop. ^[10]
