The 2019 Spielberg FIA Formula 3 round was a motor racing event held on 29 and 30 June 2019 at the Red Bull Ring in Austria. It is the third round of the 2019 FIA Formula 3 Championship, and ran in support of the 2019 Austrian Grand Prix.
Following the opening round, Russian driver Robert Shwartzman leads the championship by twelve points over team-mate Jehan Daruvala, with Prema's third driver Marcus Armstrong sitting a further thirteen points behind the Indian.
Jenzer Motorsport would enter Italian F4 Championship driver Giorgio Carrara in their third car after it was left unoccupied in France following the departure of Artem Petrov. [1]

Richard Bastiaan Verschoor is a Dutch racing driver who is set to compete for Trident in the Formula 2 Championship. Verschoor graduated to Formula 2 in 2021 with MP Motorsport before switching to Charouz Racing System, and moved to Trident for 2022 and Van Amersfoort Racing in 2023. after two years in the FIA Formula 3 Championship with MP Motorsport.
Marcus John Armstrong is a New Zealand motor racing driver. He competed in the FIA Formula 2 Championship between 2020 and 2022, and was the 2019 Formula 3 runner-up. He was a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy between 2017 and 2021.
Robert Mikhailovich Shwartzman is a Russo-Israeli racing driver who is set to compete in the 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship driving for AF Corse. He last competed in the 2023 GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup, also driving for AF Corse. Shwartzman also serves as a reserve driver for the Scuderia Ferrari Formula One team. He previously competed in the FIA Formula 2 Championship in 2020 and 2021 where he finished 4th and 2nd respectively. He was a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy, and is the 2018 Toyota Racing Series and 2019 FIA Formula 3 champion.
Jüri Vips is an Estonian racing driver. He previously competed in the NTT IndyCar Series with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing, with whom he is still employed, FIA Formula 2 Championship with Hitech Grand Prix. He was the 2017 ADAC Formula 4 champion.
Christian Lundgaard is a Danish professional racing driver who is driving the No. 45 Honda for Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing in the IndyCar Series. He was the 2022 IndyCar Series Rookie of the Year, and was a member of the Alpine Academy from 2017 until 2022.
