The 2023 Transylvania Open was a women's tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the third edition of the Transylvania Open, and part of the WTA 250 series of the 2023 WTA Tour. It was held at the BT Arena in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, from 16 until 22 October 2023. [1]

It was the third edition of the tournament and part of the 2023 WTA 125 tournaments. It took place at the Carrasco Lawn Tennis Club in Montevideo, Uruguay between December 4 and 10, 2023.
