The 2024 Copa Libertadores de Futsal Femenina was the ninth edition of the CONMEBOL Libertadores Futsal Femenina. It was organized by CONMEBOL and was held in Cochabamba, Bolivia [1] in July 2024.

The draw of the tournament was held on 3 June 2024 at the headquarters of CONMEBOL in Luque, Paraguay. It determined the two groups, in the draw two seeds were established, one of them the team that will represent the organizing country, in this case Always Ready from Bolivia who was already in position A1, and the other will be the team that represents the last country to win said tournament, Stein Cascavel from Brazil, already located in position B1. The competition is divided into two groups of five teams in each group, the competition system is a round of play against all the teams in the group. The top two teams in each group will advance to the semifinals, and the winner of each semifinal will play in the final to determine the tournament champion.

The 2010 Copa Libertadores de Fútbol Femenino was the second edition of the Copa Libertadores de Fútbol Femenino, CONMEBOL's premier annual international women's club tournament. The competition was played in São Paulo state, Brazil, from 2 to 17 October 2010. Santos were the defending champions and successfully defended their title, without conceding a single goal. All matches were played at Arena Barueri in Barueri.
The Liga de Ascenso Femenina is currently the second level league competition for women's football in Peru that officially started in 2009. Until 2019 it was the top tournament of Peruvian Primera División Femenina whose winner qualified for the Copa Libertadores de Fútbol Femenino, the South American Champions League. The competition is organised by the Peruvian Football Federation.
The 2013 Copa Libertadores Femenina was the fifth edition of the Copa Libertadores Femenina, CONMEBOL's premier annual international women's football club tournament. It was held in Foz do Iguaçu in Brazil. The competition was supposed to start on 12 October, just one week prior to that however, the whole competition was rescheduled from 27 October to 7 November due to logistical problems cited by the local organizing committee. Clubs were offered the possibility to change up to five players in their previously submitted squads.

The Primera División Femenina officially named Liga Femenina, is the top tournament of women's association football in Peru, organized by the Peruvian Football Federation through its Women's Football Commission. The competition, as an official tournament, was created in 1996 under de name of "Campeonato Metropolitano de Fútbol Femenino", followed by the "Campeonato Nacional de Fútbol Femenino" which was renamed later as "Copa Femenina" and currently is designated as "Liga Femenina". The champion qualifies to the Copa Libertadores Femenina.
