Jorge Lorenzo Guerrero is a Spanish former professional motorcycle racer. He is a five-time World Champion, with three MotoGP World Championships and two 250cc World Championships.
Marc Márquez Alentà is a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle road racer who races for the Ducati Lenovo Team. He previously raced for Honda's factory team from his MotoGP debut in 2013 until 2023. Born in Cervera, Catalonia, Spain, he is nicknamed the 'Ant of Cervera' worldwide (due to his height of 5' 7", and 'el tro de Cervera' in his hometown, meaning the 'Thunder of Cervera'. He is one of four riders to have won world championship titles in three different categories, after Mike Hailwood, Phil Read and Valentino Rossi, and is one of the most successful motorcycle racers of all time, with eight Grand Prix World Championships to his name, six of which are in the premier class. Márquez became the third Spaniard after Àlex Crivillé and Jorge Lorenzo to win the premier class title, and is the most successful Spanish rider in MotoGP to date with 62 wins, most recently the 2024 Australian Grand Prix. In 2013 he became the first rider since Kenny Roberts in 1978 to win the premier class title in his first season, and the youngest to win the title overall, at 20 years and 266 days of age.

After the selection event held from 14 to 16 October 2014 at Circuito Guadix in Spain and pre-season testing, held in April 2015 in Aragon, the season began at Jerez on 2 May and ended on 27 September at the Ciudad del Motor de Aragón after 13 races. The races, for the third year contested by the riders on equal KTM 250cc 4-stroke Moto3 bikes, were held at seven meetings on the Grand Prix motorcycle racing calendar.

Raúl Fernández González is a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer competing in the MotoGP World Championship with Trackhouse Racing. His younger brother, Adrián, is also a motorcycle racer. They are not related to MotoGP rider Augusto Fernández. He was 2018 FIM CEV Moto3 Junior World Champion.
The 2017 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup was the eleventh season of the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup. The season, for the fifth year contested by the riders on equal KTM 250cc 4-stroke Moto3 bikes, was held over 13 races in seven meetings on the Grand Prix motorcycle racing calendar, beginning at Jerez on 6 May and ending on 24 September at the MotorLand Aragón. Japanese rider Kazuki Masaki won the championship, securing the title after the first Aragón race.

The season, for the sixth year contested by the riders on equal KTM 250cc 4-stroke Moto3 bikes, was held over 12 races in seven meetings on the Grand Prix motorcycle racing calendar, beginning at Jerez on 5 May and ending on 23 September at MotorLand Aragón. Turkish rider Can Öncü won the championship, securing the title after the Misano race.
Ai Ogura is a Japanese Grand Prix motorcycle racer who will be competing in MotoGP for Trackhouse Racing in 2025. He was recently crowned 2024 Moto2 World Champion with MT Helmets – MSi, being the first Japanese rider to win a world championship in fifteen years since Hiroshi Aoyama in 2009.
Augusto Fernández Guerra is a Spanish motorcycle racer who competes in the MotoGP class for Yamaha Test Rider He won the Moto2 Riders' World Championship in 2022. He is not related to fellow MotoGP rider Raúl Fernández, nor to Raul's younger brother, Moto3 rider Adrián Fernández.
Filip Salač is a Czech motorcycle rider, competing in the 2025 Moto2 World Championship for Elf Marc VDS Racing Team.
The 2019 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup was the thirteenth season of the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup. The season, for the seventh year contested by the riders on equal KTM 250cc 4-stroke Moto3 bikes, was held over 12 races in seven meetings on the Grand Prix motorcycle racing calendar, beginning at Jerez on 4 May and ending on 22 September at MotorLand Aragón. Spanish rider Carlos Tatay won the championship, securing the title after the Misano race.
