The 2024 Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Championship Series is the 2024 edition of the continental championship for rugby sevens in Europe. The series takes place over two legs, the first at Makarska in Croatia and the second at Hamburg in Germany.

The list of teams to be participating in the Sevens Championship Series.

Sweden and Romania, were relegated to the 2024 Trophy tournament after finishing eleventh and twelfth respectively in the previous year's Championship tournament.

Ukraine and Turkey, were promoted after finishing first and second respectively in the previous year's Trophy tournament. [1]

The 2012 UEFA European Football Championship, commonly referred to as UEFA Euro 2012 or simply Euro 2012, was the 14th European Championship for men's national football teams organised by UEFA. The Turkey national rugby union team is a relatively recent creation, being started at the end of 2009. Turkey is currently a third-tier side. The team first played in 2012 against Slovakia and won 31–5 in Bratislava. On tour, they also defeated Estonia 49–5 in Tallinn. Turkey has yet to play in the qualifying stages for the Rugby World Cup finals.

The Turkey women's national rugby sevens team represents Turkey at rugby sevens – however it has yet to play any recognised international matches. Rugby union in Turkey is administered by the Turkish Rugby Federation. At present, the Federation is not a member of World Rugby and so, currently, any internationals it may play are unlikely to be widely recognised. Şahin Kömürcü is the president of the Turkish Rugby Federation.

The Asia Rugby Sevens Series is an annual series of regional rugby sevens tournaments run by Asia Rugby featuring national sevens teams. It has been held regularly since 2009 to determine Asia's best men's national team in the sport of rugby sevens.

The Rugby Europe Sevens are a series of rugby sevens tournaments held by Rugby Europe. It was formerly known as the FIRA-AER Sevens until 2013, and the Sevens Grand Prix Series until 2021. Only one annual tournament existed prior to 2011, when Rugby Europe created a series of tournaments, following the model of the World Rugby Sevens Series. The main division is known as the Rugby Europe Championship Series, formerly known the Grand Prix, followed by the Trophy Series, Conference 1, and Conference 2. The competitions use a promotion/relegation system.

The Ireland women's national rugby sevens team participates in international competitions such as the World Rugby Women's Sevens Series, the Rugby World Cup Sevens, the Rugby Europe Women's Sevens and Rugby sevens at the Summer Olympics. Unlike the Ireland women's national rugby union team, the sevens team is a professional team with players contracted to the Irish Rugby Football Union.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Women's SVNS</span> International series of tournaments in womens rugby sevens

The World Rugby SVNS, known as the HSBC SVNS for sponsorship reasons, is a series of international rugby sevens tournaments for women's national teams run by World Rugby. The inaugural series was held in 2012–13 as the successor to the IRB Women's Sevens Challenge Cup held the previous season. The competition has been sponsored by banking group HSBC since 2015.

The Poland women's national rugby sevens team represents Poland in rugby sevens. They compete in the Rugby Europe Women's Sevens.

The 2021 Rugby Europe Sevens Trophy was the second division of Rugby Europe's 2021 sevens season. This edition was hosted by the cities of Zagreb and Budapest on 19–20 June and 10–11 July. The two highest-placed teams were promoted to the 2022 Championship series. The two teams with the fewest points were relegated to the 2022 Conference.

The 2021 Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Championship Series was the 2021 edition of Rugby Europe's annual rugby sevens season. The first edition of the European Championships Series, with the previous tournament title "Grand Prix" being abandoned.
