The 25th WhatsOnStage Awards are set to take place on 9 February 2025 at the London Palladium for the second time. [1]

Nominations opened on 7 November 2024. [2] The nominees for the 25th WhatsOnStage Awards were announced in December 2024 [3] by My Fair Lady stars Molly Lynch, David Seadon-Young and Minal Patel at the Curve Theatre in Leicester. [4]

The London Palladium is a Grade II* West End theatre located on Argyll Street, London, in Soho. The theatre was designed by Frank Matcham and opened in 1910. The auditorium holds 2,286 people. Hundreds of stars have played there, many with televised performances. Between 1955 and 1969 Sunday Night at the London Palladium was staged at the venue, produced for the ITV network. Hadestown is a musical with music, lyrics, and book by Anaïs Mitchell. It tells a version of the ancient Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice. Eurydice, a young girl looking for something to eat, goes to work in a hellish industrial version of the Greek underworld to escape poverty and the cold, and her poor singer-songwriter lover Orpheus comes to rescue her.
