The Scotland women's national cricket team represents Scotland in international women's cricket. The team is organised by Cricket Scotland, an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC).
The ICC Men's T20 World Cup, formerly the ICC World Twenty20, is a biennial T20I cricket tournament, organised by the International Cricket Council. It was held in every odd year from 2007 to 2009, and since 2010 it has been held in every even year with the exception of 2018 and 2020. This event was rebranded from ICC World Twenty20 to ICC Men's T20 World Cup in November 2018.
The Women's T20 World Cup is the biennial international championship for women's Twenty20 International cricket. The event is organised by the sport's governing body, the International Cricket Council, with the first edition having been held in England in 2009. For the first three tournaments, there were eight participants, but this number has been raised to ten from the 2014 edition onwards. In July 2022, the ICC announced that the Bangladesh would host the 2024 tournament and that England would host the 2026 tournament. The number of teams in at the 2026 tournament is also set to increase to twelve.
The 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup was the seventh edition of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, formerly known as the ICC World Twenty20, a Twenty20 cricket tournament that took place from 17 October to 14 November 2021. The tournament was formally hosted by India, with matches played in Oman and the United Arab Emirates. It was scheduled to be hosted by Australia in 2020 but later postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The 2023 Women's T20 World Cup was the eighth edition of Women's T20 World Cup tournament. It was held in South Africa between 10 February and 26 February 2023. The final took place at Cape Town. Australia won their sixth and third consecutive title after beating the hosts South Africa in the final by 19 runs.
The 2018 international cricket season was from May 2018 to September 2018. 16 Test matches, 27 One-day Internationals (ODIs) and 33 Twenty20 International (T20Is), as well as 14 Women's One Day Internationals (WODIs) and 81 Women's Twenty20 Internationals (WT20Is), were played during this period.
The 2019 international cricket season was from May 2019 to September 2019. The 2019 Cricket World Cup in England and Wales took place during this time, starting on 30 May 2019. 10 Test matches, 78 One Day Internationals (ODIs) and 109 Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is), as well as 1 Women's Test, 9 Women's One Day Internationals (WODIs) and 130 Women's Twenty20 Internationals (WT20Is), were played during this period. Additionally, a number of other T20I/WT20I matches were also scheduled to be played in minor series involving associate nations. The season started with India leading the Test cricket rankings, England leading the ODI rankings and Pakistan leading the Twenty20 rankings. On 3 May, the International Cricket Council (ICC) expanded the men's T20I rankings to include all current Full Member and Associate members of the ICC, featuring 80 teams. In the women's rankings, Australia women lead both the WODI and WT20I tables.
The 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup was the eighth edition of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, formerly known as the ICC World Twenty20. It was played in Australia from 16 October to 13 November 2022. In the final, England beat Pakistan by five wickets to win their second ICC Men's T20 World Cup title and draw level with the West Indies, who also won 2 ICC Men's T20 World Cup titles in both the 2012 and the 2016 edition. In winning the tournament, England also became the first team to simultaneously be the existing winners of the Cricket World Cup and the T20 World Cup. Sam Curran was named the player of the match and also the player of the tournament. It was the last edition to feature 16 team format before it was expanded to 20 teams in the next edition.
The 2023 ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup was the first edition of the Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup, hosted by South Africa in 2023. The tournament was moved from its original slot at the end of 2021 to January 2023 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sixteen teams competed in the tournament, initially divided into four groups.
The 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup was the ninth edition of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup. It was co-hosted by the West Indies and the United States from 1 to 29 June 2024; the tournament was hosted by the West Indies for the second time, and it was also the first major ICC tournament to feature matches played in the United States.
The 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Global Qualifier B was a cricket tournament that was played in July 2022 in Zimbabwe, as one of two global tournaments that together formed the final stage of the qualification process for the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. In April 2018, the International Cricket Council (ICC) granted full international status to Twenty20 men's matches played between member sides from 1 January 2019 onwards. Therefore, all the matches in the Global Qualifiers were played as Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). Global Qualifier B was contested by eight teams that advanced from their Regional Finals, were eliminated in the first round of the 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup, or were one of the highest ranked sides not already qualified to this stage. The eight teams were placed in two groups, with two sides from each group advancing to the semi-finals. The two teams that reached the final of the Global Qualifier advanced to the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup in Australia.
The 2026 ICC Men's T20 World Cup will be the tenth edition of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup. It is scheduled to be hosted by the defending champion, India along with Sri Lanka from February to March 2026.
The 2022–2025 ICC Women's Championship is the third edition of the ICC Women's Championship, a One Day International (ODI) cricket competition that is being contested by ten teams, to determine qualification for the 2025 Women's Cricket World Cup. The top five teams, along with the hosts India, will qualify directly for the World Cup. The bottom four teams of this tournament and the top two teams from the ICC ODI rankings will progress to a Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier tournament. Each team will play a total of eight three-match series, with four of them played at home, and four played away.
The 2024 Women's T20 World Cup was the ninth edition of the Women's T20 World Cup. Originally scheduled to be hosted in Bangladesh from 3 to 20 October 2024, it was later relocated to the United Arab Emirates for the same dates due to political unrest in Bangladesh, although the Bangladesh Cricket Board still held the hosting rights. New Zealand won their first title defeating South Africa by 32 runs in the final at Dubai.
The 2025 ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup is the second edition of the Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup that is being hosted by Malaysia in 2025. The schedule of the tournament was announced by International Cricket Council on 18 August 2024. India are the defending champions. Nigeria, making their first appearance in the Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup, achieved a surprise victory over New Zealand in the group stage.
The India women's national under-19 cricket team represents India in international under-19 women's cricket. The team is administered by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). They are the current Under-19 Twenty20 World and Asian Champions.
The 2025 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Europe Regional Final will be a cricket tournament that forms part of the qualification process for the 2026 Men's T20 World Cup. It will be held in the Netherlands in 2025.
The 2026 ICC Men's T20 World Cup qualification is an ongoing process by which teams will qualify for the 2026 Men's T20 World Cup. A series of regional qualification tournaments will determine the teams which will take part in the tournament.
The 2025 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Asia–EAP Regional Final will be a cricket tournament that forms part of the qualification process for the 2026 Men's T20 World Cup. It will be held in Oman in October 2025.
The 2026 Women's T20 World Cup qualification will be a process by which teams will qualify for the 2026 Women's T20 World Cup in England. A series of regional qualification tournaments will determine the teams that will take part in the Global Qualifier in 2025, where the top four teams will qualify for the World Cup scheduled to be held in England.
