General elections are due to be held in Nicaragua by November 2027 to elect the co-presidents and members of the National Assembly. ^[1] As there are no term limits for the presidency, co-presidents Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo are eligible to run for a fifth and second term, respectively.
