Meteora is the second studio album by American rock band Linkin Park. It was released on March 25, 2003, through Warner Bros. Records, following Reanimation, a collaboration album which featured remixes of songs included on their 2000 debut studio album Hybrid Theory. The album was produced by the band alongside Don Gilmore. The title Meteora is taken from the Greek Orthodox monasteries originally bearing the name. Meteora has a similar sound to Hybrid Theory, as described by critics, and the album took almost a year to be recorded. It is the first Linkin Park studio album to feature bassist Dave Farrell after he rejoined the band in 2000 following his temporary touring with other bands.

At the end of "A Place for My Head", lead singer Chester Bennington breaks guitarist Brad Delson's guitar. At the end of the concert, DJ Joe Hahn threw a piece of his equipment on the stage floor.

Groove Coverage is a German dance music group which consists of Axel Konrad, DJ Novus, Melanie Munch, better known as Mell, and Verena Rehm. Producers of the band are Ole Wierk and Axel Konrad. With eleven singles in the German Top 50 and over 13 million records sold worldwide, Groove Coverage is one of the most successful German dance artists.

The Runaway Found is The Veils debut album, released on 16 February 2004. The record was preceded by several singles, from "More Heat Than Light" to "The Wild Son". The last single "Lavinia" was released in November 2003, alongside a first promotional version of the album which featured a different running order and track list. In fact "...& One of Us Must Go" and "Wires to Flying Birds" did not make the final version and were later replaced by "The Wild Son" and "The Valleys of New Orleans". Because of its long gestation the record has three different producers: Matthew Ollivier, Bernard Butler and Ken Nelson. The fourth song on the set, "More Heat Than Light", gives credits to Finn's father Barry Andrews as co-author. According to the booklet notes the last song of the set, "The Nowhere Man", is taken from the 1954 novel by C.S. Lewis "The Horse and His Boy". The song "Vicious Traditions" was featured during the end credits of the 2007 film Mr. Brooks.

Recorded at her own Martian Engineering Studios, the album was self-produced and mixed by her husband Mark Hawley and Marcel van Limbeek.
