It was jointly produced by Loneranger Productions and Houseful Motion Pictures, and presented by Mahesh Bhatt and K Sera Sera Vikram Bhatt Productions. The film stars Akshay Oberoi and Aindrita Ray, alongside Meherzan Mazda.
