Aaron Roussell is an American college basketball coach, currently the women's head coach at the University of Richmond. Roussell is a 2001 graduate of the University of Iowa and he began his college coaching career as a graduate assistant at Minnesota State. After two seasons there, Roussell spent eight years as head women's basketball coach at the University of Chicago. [1] Roussell then spent seven seasons as head coach at Bucknell University before being named head coach at Richmond on April 2, 2019. [2] [3] [4]

The Patriot League is a collegiate athletic conference comprising private institutions of higher education and two United States service academies based in the Northeastern United States. Except for the Ivy League, it is the most selective group of higher education institutions in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I and has a very high student-athlete graduation rate for both the NCAA graduation success rate and the federal graduation rate.
Adrian Darnell Griffin Sr. is an American professional basketball coach and former player who most recently served as the head coach for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played in the NBA as a shooting guard and small forward from 1999 to 2008. Griffin grew up in Wichita, Kansas, and played college basketball for the Seton Hall Pirates.
James R. Molinari is an American basketball coach. Molinari is an assistant coach at Boston College. Prior to his stint at Boston College, Molinari was an assistant coach at Oklahoma from 2019 to 2021. He formerly served as an assistant coach at Nebraska and as former head coach of the Western Illinois University Leathernecks, where he served from 2008 to 2014. Prior to being named coach at WIU, Molinari was as assistant coach at Ball State University after serving as the interim head coach at the University of Minnesota, replacing Dan Monson on November 30, 2006, and being succeeded by Tubby Smith on March 22, 2007. Previously, he served as head men's basketball coach at Northern Illinois University and Bradley University. He also was a scout for the Toronto Raptors and Miami Heat.

Reid served as head football coach at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMass) from 1986 to 1991, University of Richmond from 1995 through 2003, and Virginia Military Institute (VMI) from 2006 until 2007, compiling an overall college football record of 87–101–3.
Dave Paulsen is an American college basketball coach who is currently the head coach at Holy Cross. Previously, he was the head men's basketball coach at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Before arriving at George Mason, he was previously the head coach at Bucknell University for seven seasons. Prior to Bucknell, he spent eight years as the head coach at his alma mater, Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, and also coached at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, and Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.
Kyle Andrew Smith is an American college basketball coach who is the men's head coach for the Stanford Cardinal of the ACC. Prior to joining the Cardinal, Smith was the head coach at Columbia University, the University of San Francisco, and Washington State University. In his final season at Columbia, he led the team to a CIT Championship over UC Irvine. His coaching style has been dubbed “Nerdball”, which is a system that utilizes analytics to track and make decisions on many aspects about the team.
Nathan Davis is an American college basketball coach. He is currently the head coach of the New Hampshire Wildcats men's basketball team. He previously served as the men's basketball coach at Bucknell from 2015 to 2023 and Randolph–Macon from 2009 to 2015.
The 2014–15 Lafayette Leopards women's basketball team represented Bucknell University during the 2014–15 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Bison, led by fourth year head coach Aaron Roussell, played their home games at Sojka Pavilion and were members of the Patriot League. They finished the season 18–12, 10–8 in Patriot League play for a tie to finish in fourth place. They lost in the quarterfinals of the Patriot League women's tournament to Navy. Despite having 18 wins, they were not invited to a postseason tournament.
The 2015–16 Bucknell Bison women's basketball team represented Bucknell University during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Bison, led by fifth year head coach Aaron Roussell, played their home games at Sojka Pavilion and were members of the Patriot League. They finished the season 25–8, 17–1 in Patriot League play to share the Patriot League regular season title with Army. They advanced to the semifinals of the Patriot League women's tournament where they lost to Loyola (MD). As champs of the Patriot League who failed to win their conference tournament, they received an automatic bid to the Women's National Invitation Tournament they defeated Akron in the first round before losing to Michigan in the second round.

The Bison, led by sixth year head coach Aaron Roussell, played their home games at Sojka Pavilion and were members of the Patriot League. They finished the season 27–6, 16–2 in Patriot League play win Patriot League regular season title. They won the Patriot League women's tournament to earn an automatic trip to the NCAA women's tournament for the first time since 2008, where they lost to Maryland in the first round.
The Chicago Maroons women's basketball team is an NCAA Division III college basketball team competing in the University Athletic Association. Home games are played at the Gerald Ratner Athletics Center, located on the University of Chicago's campus in Chicago.

The Bison, led by seventh year head coach Aaron Roussell, played their home games at Sojka Pavilion and were members of the Patriot League. They finished the season 22–10, 15–3 in Patriot League play to finish in second place. They advanced to the semifinals of the Patriot League women's tournament, where they lost to Army. They received an automatic bid to the Women's National Invitation Tournament, where they lost to West Virginia in the first round.
The 2018–19 NCAA Division I women's basketball season began in November 2018 and concluded with the Final Four title game at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, in April 2019. Practices officially began in September 2018.

Bucknell won the Patriot Conference tournament championship game over American, 66–54 to earn an automatic trip to NCAA women's tournament. They lost in the first round to Florida State. They finished the season 28–5, 16–2 in Patriot League play, to share the Patriot League regular season title with American. With 28 wins, they finished with the most wins in program history.

They finished their season with a record of 15–17, 7–9 in A-10 play, to finish in a tie with La Salle for ninth place.
