Aasha is a 1983 Indian Kannada film, directed by A. T. Raghu and produced by R. F. Manik Chand. The film stars Ambareesh, Arjun Sarja, Kumari Indira and Kalaranjini in the lead roles. [1] The film has musical score by G. K. Venkatesh. The movie was remade in Hindi in 1984 as Meri Adalat starring Rajinikanth [2] and in Malayalam in 1984 as Ivide Thudangunnu starring Mohanlal and in Tamil as Nyayam Ketkiren starring Anand Babu.

Released in 1976 Phalitamsha is a romantic Kannada movie, directed by S. R. Puttanna Kanagal. The movie is based on the story Golagummata by Srinivasa Kulakarni. Produced under the banner of A1 Movietone, the movie was predominantly shot in Bijapur. The movie paired newcomer Jai Jagadish with four heroines. Aarathi as expected has the meatiest role and delivers yet another power-packed performance. Despite a good-looking hero, top notch actresses and beautiful outdoor locales, Phalitamsha remains one of the few flops of ace director Puttana Kanagal's career. The negatives of the movie were lost in fire. The movie was dubbed in Telugu in 1977 as Nannu Preminchu.

Bete is a 1986 Indian Kannada action film produced and directed by V. Somashekar for Vajragiri Films who also co-wrote the screenplay along with Somu and Shanmugha Sundaram for a story by N. K. Keerthi Raj with cinematography handled by H. G. Raju and editing done by Victor Yadav duo starring Ambareesh, Ambika, Anuradha, Umashree, T. N. Balakrishna, Vajramuni and Mukhyamantri Chandru in the major roles. The film received a U/A Certificate from the Bangalore regional office of the censor board, the certificate dated 6/11/1986 with 9 cuts.
